The fully automatic cutting and crimping machine is running efficiently, and the wires are precisely cut, peeled, plugged, and crimped here. After a series of rigorous processes such as electronic component assembly, electrical inspection, and external inspection, the brand new automotive engine wiring harness was successfully taken offline.

With strong support from relevant government departments and customers, the company started trial production in February 2025. Currently, the designed production capacity is 600000 sets per year. Chuangge Precision Industry has invested 50 million yuan to introduce 5 production lines, mainly providing high-quality engine wiring harnesses for Dongfeng Cummins system customers. As a key automotive parts industry chain supporting project introduced by Xiangzhou District, the company is expected to achieve an annual output value of 200 million yuan under full load production conditions, effectively ensuring the stability and efficiency of product supply.
